Founded in 1989 as the former Changxing Electric Furnace Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Wannengda Furnace Industry Co., Ltd. (WND FURNACE) is a specialized manufacturer engaged in the R&D, engineering, and manufacturing of large-scale, energy-efficient and environmentally responsible industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment.

WND FURNACE is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a member of the China Heat Treatment Association (CHTA), and an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer.

COMPANY & MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

Our manufacturing facility is located in Lincheng Industrial Park, Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, on the southern shore of Lake Taihu and within the core economic zone of the Yangtze River Delta. The facility is conveniently located on the east side of the Lincheng Interchange of the G50 Expressway.

WND FURNACE owns a manufacturing site covering more than 20,000 square meters, comprising one modern office building and three standardized production facilities. Strategically located within the Yangtze River Delta, the company benefits from excellent transportation links, with major industrial cities such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Suzhou accessible within approximately two hours by road.

CAB Brazing Technology

We provide proven Controlled Atmosphere Brazing (CAB) systems for a wide range of aluminum, copper, and stainless-steel components.

With extensive experience serving the automotive and HVAC industries, our solutions can also be adapted to emerging applications such as server liquid-cooling systems, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and cooling plates for New Energy Vehicle (NEV) batteries, providing reliable and application-specific thermal processing solutions.

Aluminum Industry Heat Treatment Solutions

WND FURNACE supplies specialized thermal processing equipment for the aluminum processing and automotive industries.

Our product range includes large-capacity aluminum coil and aluminum foil annealing furnaces, automated charging and loading systems, and integrated nitrogen generation systems.

For automotive applications, we provide aluminum alloy solution heat treatment furnaces and aging furnaces for the heat treatment of aluminum alloy components. Depending on production requirements, these systems can be configured as batch-type furnaces or continuous roller-hearth furnaces.

These solutions are engineered to provide stable temperature control, consistent process performance, and reliable operation for demanding aluminum manufacturing applications.

Steel Industry Heat Treatment Solutions

For steel processing and manufacturing, we provide a comprehensive range of thermal processing equipment, including walking-beam furnaces, roller-hearth furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, and car-bottom furnaces.

Our equipment supports heat treatment processes such as normalizing, annealing, and quenching and tempering for bars, profiles, plates, and other steel products.

Amorphous & Nanocrystalline Materials

WND FURNACE has developed specialized expertise in thermal processing equipment for amorphous and nanocrystalline magnetic materials.

Our in-house magnetic-field and vacuum solutions, including both transverse and longitudinal magnetic-field systems, are designed to help optimize the performance of nanocrystalline magnetic cores and shielding components, amorphous and nanocrystalline transformers and current transformers, as well as other magnetic components.

Heavy-Duty Industrial Heat Treatment

For large castings, forgings, and heavy-load workpieces, WND FURNACE provides robust thermal processing solutions, including car-bottom furnaces, box furnaces, chamber furnaces, industrial forklift furnaces, and pit furnaces.

Depending on production scale, process requirements, and site conditions, systems can be engineered with either electric or gas heating as the primary energy source, together with customized loading, temperature control, and automation systems.

High-Volume Continuous Production

For high-volume manufacturing of industrial hardware, standard components, and other mass-produced parts, we provide mesh-belt continuous furnaces, roller-hearth continuous furnaces, pusher-type continuous furnaces, and multi-purpose controlled-atmosphere furnaces.

Surface Hardening & Nitriding Technology

WND FURNACE provides established surface hardening and nitriding solutions, including horizontal gas nitriding furnaces, pit-type gas nitriding furnaces, and nitrocarburizing systems.

These technologies are designed to improve the wear resistance, surface hardness, and fatigue performance of components such as gears, dies, molds, and other critical mechanical parts.

Vacuum Heat Treatment Solutions

Our precision vacuum furnaces are designed to accommodate a variety of heat treatment processes, including annealing, tempering, and stress relieving.

By providing a controlled vacuum environment, these systems help achieve bright, oxidation-free surfaces while effectively relieving internal stresses, making them suitable for precision metal components and other applications requiring high surface quality.
